❓How do I buy crypto on P2P Trading?
FIXT P2P Trading enables you to buy crypto from or sell crypto to other users in the P2P, or peer-to-peer, marketplace in your local currency.
For sellers, this function enables you to easily sell your crypto assets and receive the currencies you want. You will be able to select from a wide range of payment methods that you would like to receive the payment through. FIXT will hold onto crypto for security and only enables the seller to release crypto once the seller receives payment from the buyer.
The steps below will help you to understand how to convert BTC and other cryptocurrencies to cash with P2P Trading.
Step 1
Open FIXT website and select Buy crypto > P2P trading
Step 2
Select the payment currency and the crypto you want to receive, and payment methods you want to use
Step 3
Select Buy next to your preferred offer
Step 4
Fill in the amount within the order limit and select the payment method
Step 5
Select Buy [crypto] to proceed Note: at this point, FIXT will hold the crypto being bought until the seller confirms the payment has been received, the order has been canceled by you or the order times out. You mustn’t pay if the order is at risk of timing out because seller will regain the crypto held earlier when the timer reaches zero if the payment hasn't been marked as complete.
Step 6
Select Payment Completed once you've paid via the payment App/method chosen Note: when the seller confirms receipt of payment, you'll receive the crypto in your FIXT account
