🫨Why hasn't my withdrawal arrived in the account?

If your withdrawal hasn't arrived, here are the possible reasons

The block hasn't been confirmed by miners

Once you submit the withdrawal request, the funds have been in the block. However, it still requires miners' confirmations before the funds can be credited to the account. The number of confirmations can be different for different chains, and execution time can vary. Please contact the corresponding platform for verification if the funds still haven't arrived in the account after confirmation.

The crypto hasn't been withdrawn

When the crypto hasn't been withdrawn, the status would be "In progress" or "Pending withdrawal", which means the funds are pending for transferring out due to a great number of withdrawal requests. The system will process the transactions according to the submission time of the requests accordingly, and manual interventions are not available. Please wait patiently.

Incorrect or missing tag

You are required to fill in tags/notes (memo/tag/comment) when you withdraw several cryptos.

You can check the tag on the deposit page of the corresponding platform. If a tag is shown, please fill in it correctly. If no tag is shown, we recommend you to contact the customer service of the corresponding platform to confirm if it needs to be filled, in order to protect your funds. You can randomly fill in 6 digits in the tag field on FINEXTREE'S withdrawal page if a tag is not required.

Mismatched withdrawal network

Please select the same chain or network as the one used by the corresponding party’s address.

Please check the address and network carefully before submitting a withdrawal request. For example, if you would like to withdraw crypto from Platform A to Platform B, select the TRC20 chain in Platform A, and the ERC20 chain in Platform B, this can lead to withdrawal failure.
